We’ll meet you at home and devise our styling plan to make sure your home is presented to perfection. At this stage we’ll send our quote and agreement too.
To seal the deal and set a date for furniture installation, we require quote sign-off and payment. Pleasure to be working with you!
On the day of installation our expert styling fairy godmothers (and fathers) will appear to transform your property.
If you’re styling your home to be enjoyed, relax! If you’re selling, your real estate agent will get your marketing campaign going.
What does home staging cost?
This service leaves no styling stone unturned and your home dressed to impress. Our styling ninjas will unlock the full potential of your property to entice offers from even the most discerning buyers.
Each home is delightfully different and so prices can vary depending on size and floorplan, but our price guide will give you an estimate of costs. If you don’t think your brief fits into the below guide, we’ll prepare a bespoke quote for you. Our Elepay ‘pay later’ option is available.
- Initial consultation with a property stylist at your home.
- Furniture rental for 4 weeks paid + 4 weeks free (totalling 8 weeks, the duration of the average sale campaign).* This includes accessories, artwork, outdoor furniture, plants, linen, towels and more. See differences in furniture inclusions below.
- Delivery and installation of furniture including hanging artwork.
- Pick-up of all furniture, accessories and artwork.
*Subject to required inclusions, extra living, study or outdoor areas will increase the package cost.
