Book in your obligation free quote with one of our interior designers who will prepare your quote and suggest a ‘to-do’ list to prepare your home or investment for sale.
Once you sign-off, it’s over to us. We’ll get started and project manage everything, including making all design decisions and trade timelines. This might include organising landscapers, painters, electricians, cleaners and other trades. We’ll make sure all works are budget friendly and will add value and therefore increase sale price. We require a lead time of 21 days to action all works, from receiving sign off and acceptance of our quoted package.

Preparing for sale is an investment, rather than a cost, but moving can be costly.
So, to alleviate the burden of payment, we have partnered with Elepay which allows for 107 days after accepting our quote that payment is required. Due to resourcing, please note that this service is only available to vendors or agents with empty properties. We’re going for a substantial transformation in preparation of your sale, so to ensure a return on investment will be achieved, minimum package fees will apply for this service.
